Lorna has designed a wide range of her own personal projects including ‘change of use’, amalgamations, demolitions/alterations/additions, subdivisions, over-55 villages and commercial precincts.
In 2010 Lorna also successfully completed The Australian Institute of Directors Course in Melbourne and in 2011 the MBE Corporate Advisory and Capital Raising Course in Sydney.
Since moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2013, her most recent involvement has been with The Ivy at Picnic Point, a 37 Apartment 7 Storey complex on the Maroochydore River; and Tulipwood Estate which is a 65 Lot Residential Subdivision at Nambour. These along with the Lowanna Beach Resort bring Lorna’s current personal involvement in property development to over $120mil here in Queensland.
